Exercising
Well , on 14 february I excercised to train my body hoping that it will be strong enough to do
parkour stunts . What I did as excersis , 200 sit-ups , my father scolded me say later my
backbone disfigure ... then I do frog jump from one end of my house to another , you may think
its easy but do it squarting down and jumping with you always squarting . Then I did alot of
high jumps and run around then after that I did weightlifting , well I did it till my arms drop dead :D
Consequence , during the night I had a nightmare omg a human which I think is a discipline master of my school say I was late for school 2 times if I am later one more time I have to drop
science oh my goesh my favourite subject nooooo... next day lucky it was a dream so real , but I had alot alot of muscle pain , very scrampy , but the good thing is it is a progression of strongness muahahahaha!
